What is a green city? Is it only an urban area where trees have been planted and parks created? What do we mean by « nature » when we talk about the return of nature in cities? Can we recreate there its living ecosystems? What is a livable city for its population? A living town, a open city on the move, unrestrained, innovative, fair, relaxing, stimulating, multicultural, inclusive…?
Following The Nature of Cities Summit (TNOC), which takes place in Paris (June 4-7th), we invite you to come and share your own visions of the city in transition. The discussion will be organized as a « world cafe », a collaborative process enabling discussion and the expression of collective intelligence.
The aim of the event is to produce several proposals but mainly to give a voice to citizens in order to create together some means to transform the city in a shared « dreamed » city.
